The New Way To Contacting Us

The email addresses at Chantry Bowmen have changed, hence they are not listed as they once were on the official site. Depending now on what you are contacting us about, the links provided below will open a capatcha for you to obtain the new address concerned.

All emails sent to former addresses as of 1st February 2012 will not be delivered, so please obtain the new one from the links.

Enquiries & Information

This is for all other enquiries and information that you may have, that is not available in the Chantry pages.

Tournament Shoots

This email address will contact ALL our tournament organisers.

If you wish to contact the Organiser of a particular shoot that Chantry host, you should be able to find their details on our tournaments page and the relevant application form.

You can also use this email to invite us to a tournament shoot you are hosting.

Event Requests

This is for those that are organising an event who are interested in having us provide a-have-a-go archery session or Beginner Course or to simply invite us along to shoot at (for tournaments please use the relevant contact link).

This is not always possible, but we will try to help you where we can, even if that means refering you elsewhere.

Beginner Course Contact Point

This is for those interested in doing the Beginners Course that we provide who have questions concerning the course.

For those who have completed the "Archery Course Registration Form" there is now a contact number provided for you to reach our Training Coordinator on.

Child Protection Related Issues

For any concerns you may have or such related issues this email is for contacting our Child Protection Officer. You can also use this email for issues related to vulnerable adults.

Club Records

This email is for contact regarding things like classifications and scores etc.

Chantry Admin Team

If you have concerns relating to the Chantry Bowmen pages you can refer them to the Chantry Administration Team for handling via the link provided, for issues regarding other KWOA site content please use their contact form.

Newsletter Editor

If you have any stories you'd like included in our Newsletter please use this email address providing as much information as possible and if you have any issues regarding a publication.
